Yes - you are welcome to book in without a referral.
Can I make an appointment even if I haven’t lodged a claim with ACC yet?
Yes - we are able to do this with you at your initial assessment. We may ask some questions over the phone before your appointment to help determine if it is appropriate to lodge a claim with ACC. Feel free to call and discuss if you have any questions.
What do I bring to my appointment?
Any relevant paperwork you may have such as a referral if you have one. Don’t worry if you forget- we will make sure we get all the information we need to make sure you get the right treatment.
If you have had X Rays or imaging done at one of the private providers in Tauranga we are able to access these online so there is no need to bring these in.
Will there be any additional costs?
